The RootHealth Institute is an online program centered around the community, education and practice of health, longevity, and strong living through physical development.

We have over 20 courses in: nutrition; psychological self conditioning; and precision exercise for your specific needs.

Group coaching sessions are offered throughout the week and provide more specific accountability, motivation, and feedback.

1/1 coaching is extremely limited. It's somewhat like having your doctor, nutritionist, and trainer all in one.

All coaching is performed by master's degreed or above and highly experienced sport physiologists.

Training Programs-

Remote App

Condition specific video instructed programs with tracking, calendar, reminders, assessments. Able to be customized by a specialist.

Success Materials

With your membership, we will send you our tracking journals for the primary program (tract) that you choose.

This will include tracking for overall health, nutrition, psychological self conditioning, and more specific materials for your need.

How does it work?

Process

Join!

Sign Up!

Get an onboarding session with a sports physiologist (one of our group leaders and 'professors').

Your physiologist will set up your community membership, educational access, training app, and have your onboarding materials sent to you.

Start Learning!

Start right away getting to know others in the community and watching the courses, reading the books, and tracking your activities.

Work with others in the communtity to give you feedback and support to keep on track.

Our physiologist give guidance in the community daily.

Functional Health and Performance Coaching

If you decide it is right for you, we have group and 1/1 coaching.

Our Team

Jason Root, MS, CSCS, cEP

Jason Root has worked for 20+ years and helped to develop thousands of people in the fields of athletic performance and medically oriented fitness.

Jason was a strength coach with NCAA collegiate strength and conditioning at Arizona State University, coached with the

powerlifting for paraplegics program at the Rehab Institute of Chicago, and developed spinal cord injury survivors to walk again in Carlsbad, CA.

Jason collaborates with top healthcare specialists including

physiatrists, orthopedists, cardiologists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and psychologists.
